About me

I’m a writer and advertising creative who’s worked across industries (social media, telecom, energy, health insurance & wellness, +) delivering sharp, memorable content that engages my audience, with an emphasis on B2B. Whether it's a single email or a full campaign, I’m always looking for smart strategies, thoughtful appeals, and areas for creative experimentation—the components that will inspire action when my work ships.

But I’m not a born writer. I was the student who wrote and rewrote, the new copywriter who watched red pen cover freshly printed c(yes, printed!) copy docs. I love writing but the ambition to learn made me a copywriter. I’ve worked at brevity, marketing strategy, and project management. I’ve learned when to break conventions in favor of an intriguing construction. I’ve killed my darlings and saved them for rainy days. And I’ve gotten used to taking feedback just personally enough to make sure I always get the next round right.

Grace, a human with hobbies

Any given evening, after wrapping up writing projects, you can find me ensconced on the couch working on my weird little art venture: Figment Print Shop.

I’ve always been a visual, tactile thinker. Before I ever wrote stories, academic papers, or ad copy, I was doodling in the margins. My love of illustration recently evolved into printmaking, specifically linocut. My style is microscopic-maximalism—the designs you see here are actually carved blocks, rolled with ink and printed on paper. I’m never not daydreaming about a current art project or jotting down ideas for my next. For what it’s worth, I know that creative energy makes my professional copy 10x better.
